Quick tip for your workweek: Create a simple closing routine before you sign off for the day. Write down tomorrow’s top 3 priorities, tidy your workspace, and shut down your computer. Giving your workday a clear stopping point can help reduce those lingering “open loops” that keep your mind on work after hours.

Small changes to the way you approach your workday can make everyday demands feel a little more manageable.
