Have you heard of the Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting requirement?

Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (BOIR) Due 12/31/24

Effective January 1, 2024, Federal law — the CorporateTransparency Act (CTA) — requires certain entities, including many small businesses, to report information about the individuals who ultimately own or control them (also known as their “beneficial owners”) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of theU.S. Department of the Treasury.

Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting is due by 12/31/2024. If not completed and filed, companies could be fined $591.00 PER DAY in civil penalties until filed.

DO NOT IGNORE THIS!

This is a new government requirement that all self-employed, LLCs, Partnerships, S-Corps and Corporations must comply with.
