The tax department put their kitchen skills to the test with a friendly bake-off competition. Team members made a variety of sweet treats, including brownies, mini cheesecakes, and cookies, for their coworkers to judge. The competition was fierce, but Elizabeth McPherson's banana cream pie cupcakes won first place!

We said farewell to our summer interns earlier this week. We are so grateful for all of their hard work this summer. We wish Autumn Hartman, Katie Koutsouradis, Madeline Vasilios, Jacquelyn Sita, and Julie Thomas the best of luck as they head into the fall semester, and we are excited to share that Emma Scarfe will be joining us as a full-time audit and accounting associate in August!

On July 21, our summer interns joined their mentors to volunteer at Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, Inc.. The group assembled sandwich-making kits and packed meal boxes to be delivered to the organization's clients. After the event, the group gathered at Bark Social for happy hour where they enjoyed drinks and made a few new friends! Thank you to Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland for having us!

We are pleased to share that our very own Gabrielle Saucedo, a principal in Ellin & Tucker’s audit and accounting department, has been selected to serve on Maryland Legal Aid's Board of Directors. Congratulations, Gabrielle!
