We we honored to be a sponsor serving as a Court Partner for the Paddles for Purpose Pickleball Classic, benefiting the Thrive & Purpose Foundation! 🥒🏆

It looked like such a fun morning with everyone cheering on players of all skill levels, all in support of a great cause — improving access to healthcare resources for seniors right here in Kern County. We really wish we could have attending, but alas, we were at work working on extended tax returns. 😒

Huge congrats to all the medalists, and a big thank you to Thrive & Purpose Foundation and Adventist Health for putting together such a well-run event. We're proud to support the work being done for our local community, one dink at a time. 😄

The IRS has announced midyear increases to the business and medical standard mileage rates. Effective July 1, 2026 the new rates are:

BUSINESS: 76 cents per mile, increased from 72.5.

MEDICAL: 23.5 cents per mile, increased up from 20.5 cents.

No change was made to the Charitable mileage rate, which is 14 cents per mile.
