Last week, our team came together from across the country for our annual 49/Summit Conference in Austin, Texas.
Throughout the week, we reflected on what it means to be part of 49 Financial—how we show up for our clients, our teammates, and our communities. We celebrated advisors and HQ team members who exemplify those values every day, welcomed nearly 100 new advisors beginning their journey this summer, and looked back on the first 10 years of the 49 Financial brand.
As we celebrate that milestone, we're even more excited about what's ahead. Thankful for a week of learning, connection, and shared purpose, and looking forward to building the next 10 years together.

You've worked hard for what you've built.
The question is... are you enjoying it?
One of the buckets in our planning process is intentionally set aside for the experiences, trips, and moments that make life meaningful. We call it the Fun Bucket.
In fact, some of our clients need accountability not to spend less, but to actually enjoy the wealth they've worked so hard to build.
Because a great financial plan isn't just about preparing for the future. It's about helping you live well today, too.
That's the kind of planning we believe in.

Do you know the purpose of each of your dollars?
Through our Buckets Framework, we help clients organize every dollar with intention. Rather than looking at accounts in isolation, we build a plan that prioritizes today's needs, prepares for tomorrow, and makes room to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.
Because financial planning isn't just about growing wealth. It's about understanding what your money is meant to accomplish.
If you've never seen your financial plan organized this way, we'd love to walk you through our planning process and show you where each of your dollars should be going.

Life rarely goes exactly according to plan.
A career change. An inheritance. Selling a business. A growing family. Retirement.
We build financial plans around frameworks that are designed to adapt as life changes. Instead of starting over every time something new happens, your plan has a clear structure that helps guide decisions as your priorities evolve.
Because the best financial plans aren't static—they're built to grow with you.

Having investments isn't the same as having a plan.
Over the years, we've found that many people have done an excellent job saving and accumulating wealth. The challenge isn't what they own—it's understanding how everything works together.
At 49 Financial, we believe every asset should have a purpose. When you have a clear framework, it's easier to understand your strategy, make confident decisions, and know how your financial plan supports the life you're building.
Financial planning shouldn't feel complicated. Our job is to simplify it.

“Financial planning blends impact, income, and independence really well.”
That’s what first stood out to Chase Bertrand when he considered a career change from corporate HR to financial planning.
Today, he leads a team of advisors while helping clients gain clarity and confidence around their financial future.
A career that creates meaningful impact, allows you to build something of your own, and gives you the opportunity to serve others—that’s what made the difference.

One of the most valuable benefits of a Fractional Family Office isn't something you'll find on a balance sheet.
In this conversation, Travis Penfield shares how having a team help evaluate investment opportunities, charitable requests, and provider relationships has helped create greater confidence and removed much of the pressure that can come with growing complexity.
Kylie Allen, CPA, then pulls back the curtain on how a Fractional Family Office seeks to provide that support through objective guidance, coordination, and what she calls "separation of duties."

When markets get uncertain, the value of advice becomes clearer.
Congratulations to Dean Dillenberg on being featured in InvestmentNews, sharing his perspective on how advisors can continue growing and serving clients during periods of volatility.
As Dean notes in the article, uncertain markets often create opportunities for deeper conversations and trusted guidance when clients need it most.
Thank you to InvestmentNews and Gregg Greenberg for including Dean's insights in the discussion.
