If you're married and own long-term rental properties, one of you might want to quit your job... hear me out.

If you make more than $150K, your long-term rental losses may not help you much for tax purposes because they're generally stuck in a passive box.

One of the only ways to open that box is to qualify as a Real Estate Professional.

Not by getting a real estate license, but by meeting the IRS requirements for Real Estate Professional Status (REPS).

That's how we were able to save Jeremy and his wife more than $80,000 in taxes.

She quit her job.

But this strategy is highly scrutinized by the IRS, so you need to know the rules.

💰 High net income earners making over $350K with a W2 job can pay up to $80K in federal taxes, not including state taxes.

🏠 One of the only ways to cut your tax bill is by qualifying for the Short-Term Rental Loophole.

☑️ Buy an investment property
☑️ Rent it out on Airbnb for less than 7 days average stay
☑️ Manage it yourself
☑️ Perform a Cost Segregation
☑️ And then may wipe out your taxes.

📝 This strategy saved our clients $252,000 in taxes in the month of July!

👍🏻 It’s legal and written directly in the tax code.
