Moore Colson's latest Moore Colson University (MCU) event brought our whole firm together at the Cobb Convention Center for a hands-on project management workshop.

Melisa Galasso, Founder and CEO of Galasso Learning Solutions, walked our team through the full project life cycle, from stakeholder engagement to closing out a project successfully. It was a valuable opportunity for our team to grow professionally and learn new ways to better serve our clients.

Moore Colson is looking for a Tax Manager to join our growing team!

In this role, you will review and prepare complex business income tax returns, provide tax consulting and projections, and develop staff members across a range of industries including manufacturing, real estate, construction, technology and private equity.

Our ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in public accounting, holds a current CPA license and has at least one year of supervisory experience. Proficiency with tax automation or workflow software is a plus.

Moore Colson congratulates Patrick Hutchinson, Senior Manager in our Transaction Advisory Practice Area, on being named a 2026 Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor.

The award recognizes professionals under 40 for their contributions to M&A, corporate finance and restructuring. Patrick has worked on more than 120 transactions since joining the firm in 2018, guiding private equity groups, strategic buyers and business owners through complex M&A deals. Enessa Mikhaliants is a Senior Manager in our Risk Advisory Practice Area and has been with the firm for four years. She leads IT audit and advisory engagements for companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, professional services and transportation. Her work spans SOX and SOC engagements, cybersecurity assessments and IPO readiness initiatives, helping clients evaluate internal controls and strengthen their approach to technology risk. Outside of work, Enessa serves on the board of Make A Miracle, a nonprofit that supports education, housing and community development for families in Peru and Colombia.
