Who does your company's bookkeeping?

Business owners...if your balance sheet is wrong, your financials have major mistakes. You cannot simply "make my balance sheet not have negative numbers" You need to FIX what is wrong! If your bank account is negative on your financials, this means that there are transactions in there that have either not cleared, have been duplicated, or are just entered incorrectly. To fix this, we need to find the source of the problem, adjust it or remove it, and then make sure that month reconciles after all that is done. AND...if this is the case, this means that your Profit and Loss statement has errors too! If you want to know if your accounting is accurate, pull that balance sheet and that will tell you all you need to know.
