Conduct in-person and virtual interviews

Prepare and complete accurate tax documents with appropriate agencies, such as the IRS, multiple states, and local government entities

Collect and maintain confidential information

Schedule appointments and assist walk-ins

Explain tax laws and answer questions

Work independently and assess clients' needs in a fast-paced environment

The billing will be corp to corp



Qualifications

Should have over 5 years tax preparation experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

CTEC Certified

Valid PTIN

Outstanding Customer Service Experience (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Detail Oriented

Knowledge of Tax code

Needs to work independently on their own with no supervision or directions
