We are thrilled to announce that Joy Lee has joined our team as Director of Operations. Joy and Lance started their careers over two decades ago at Carter Financial Management and then worked together again with Tiffany at JWA Financial Group.

Since then Joy has been responsible for managing teams of individuals, along with the overall client service process for Buckingham Asset Management and Beaird Harris Wealth Management. She brings over 25 years of client service experience and extensive knowledge of the Schwab platform. We are delighted to have her on the team supporting our clients.

Don't forget about your 2018 IRA contributions. As you know, Lance and I are big fans of Roth IRA savings. We're also in favor of lowering your tax bill whenever possible.
