📣 Exciting News for Sudol Tax & Accounting! 📣

I’m excited to share some big news! Effective January 1, 2027, Sara Ausenhus, CPA, will become my business partner, and the firm will officially become Sudol and Ausenhus CPAs, LLP!

I’ve worked with Sara for over five years, and during that time, I’ve seen firsthand the knowledge, dedication, and work ethic she brings to the firm. Her expertise in accounting and tax matters, ability to work through complex situations, and willingness to take on greater responsibilities have earned my trust and confidence. Just as importantly, she has shown a genuine commitment to our clients, our staff, and the long-term success of the business. These are the qualities that made me confident she was the right person to bring into ownership.

When you’ve spent years building a business, deciding to bring someone else into ownership is a big decision. It’s not something I take lightly. I wanted to be certain that the person joining me shared the same values, expectations, and dedication to our clients that I’ve worked hard to establish. Sara has proven to me over the past five years that she is that person.

I’m proud of what I’ve built with Sudol Tax & Accounting, and I’m excited to have Sara join me in ownership as we move into this next chapter. I know her knowledge and experience will continue to be a tremendous asset to the firm and our clients.

Although our name will be changing, our commitment to providing quality service and maintaining the personal relationships we’ve built with our clients will not.

Our interns spent the summer gaining hands-on experience, learning about local businesses, building professional skills, and getting a firsthand look at the many career opportunities available right here in Kossuth County.

🇺🇸 Holiday Office Hours & Payroll Reminder 🇺🇸

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, our office hours this week will be:

🗓️ Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🚪 Thursday & Friday: Closed

Payroll Clients: Those with payroll this week, please submit all employee hours to our office no later than 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 30, as payroll must be processed by 4:00 PM that day.

💵 Important: Payrolls that are normally paid on Friday will be deposited on Thursday this week because the Federal Reserve will be closed on Friday, July 3.
