Work is important. Having fun with the people you work with is, too. ☀️😎

Back in July, the Castro team got together for our Midyear Summer Social and it was exactly what we needed: good food, good conversations, lots of laughs, and a chance to enjoy each other’s company outside of the usual workday.

We take what we do seriously, but we’ve never believed that means we have to take ourselves too seriously. And in a hybrid environment, getting everyone together in the same room is something we never take for granted. A special thank you to Adam Stone Magic for putting on a great show and tasteful affairs catering for a wonderful display!

Here’s to the people who make Castro more than just a place to work. 💜

First time visiting Randolph-Macon College, and we absolutely loved it! 💛
From the iconic colonial architecture to the charm of the close-knit town, there’s something incredibly special about the campus and community.

What stood out most, though, was meeting the Career Services team and seeing firsthand how genuinely invested they are in their students’ futures.

We’re grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to connect with students, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the spring! 🎓✨
