Willis & Company CPAs and Consultants may be a new name, but it is by no means a new company. Although we have changed names to Willis & Company, we still have the same great staff that have worked with our clients for many years. This Certified Public Accounting firm began in 1988 as Davis & Lawless and in 2011 the firm transitioned into succession planning to Taylor Chandler. In 2023, we have taken the next step in succession with a transition of ownership to Daniel Willis.
