Position: Office Assistant

Position duties⬇️⬇️⬇️

Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions professionally.

Schedule and confirm client appointments and virtual meetings.

Greet clients and provide excellent customer service.

Organize, scan, upload, and maintain client documents.

Perform basic computer tasks, data entry, printing, and filing.

Assist tax preparers with administrative tasks during tax season.

Follow up with clients regarding missing documents or appointment information.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and tax information.

Keep the office/work area organized and professional.

Assist with marketing, recruiting, and social media when needed.

Run occasional business-related errands and be willing to travel when required.

Complete other administrative duties assigned by management.

Important qualifications: Professional • Trustworthy • Dependable • Organized • Hard-working • Basic computer knowledge • Good communication skills • Willing to learn • Willing to travel.
