PANAWAGAN PARA SA MGA UNDOCUMENTED FILIPINOS SA TAIWAN (TNTs)

Simula Enero 1, 2019, ang National Immigration Agency (NIA) ng Taiwan ay naghain ng isang programa upang mas mapadali ang pagpapauwi (repatriation) sa mga banyagang nag-overstay sa Taiwan (TNT).

Ang sinumang isusuko ang sarili sa awtoridad mula Enero 1-31, 2019 ay pagbabayarin na lamang ng NT$ 2,000 na multa at sila ay maaaring bumalik sa Taiwan sa mas maikling panahon.

Mula Pebrero 1 hanggang Hunyo 30, 2019, ang sinumang susuko ay kailangan lang magbayad ng NT$ 10,000 na multa at hindi na kayo ikukulong.

Sa kabilang banda, mula Hulyo 1, 2019, ang sinumang susuko o mahuhuli ng awtoridad ay ikukulong at pagbabayarin ng mas mataas na multa.

Ang mga bagay na nakasaad ay standard advisory lamang ng NIA para sa programang ito. Ang NIA ay may kapangyarihan na baguhin ang mga alituntuning nabanggit.

Para sa mga katanungan, maaaring tumawag sa Assistance to Nationals (ATN) office ng MECO. Maraming salamat.
