As we welcome the New Year, we are proud to share the beginning of a new chapter.

From 1 January 2026, our practice will operate under a new identity: Savia Advisory Limited.

All professional services currently delivered under R.S. Baboolal & Co. will transition seamlessly to Savia Advisory Limited. There is nothing for clients or friends to do at this stage. This change reflects growth, not disruption.

Savia represents the formal evolution of work that has been built steadily over many years. It brings together the investment we have made in deeper technical capability, modernised systems, digitised workflows, and a sharper focus on complex advisory and assurance work. The new identity gives structure to where the practice already is and prepares it for the work ahead.

The name Savia was chosen deliberately. Its roots speak to wisdom, intelligence, and clarity of reasoning. It reflects disciplined judgment, inner strength, resilience, and the ability to navigate complicated undertakings thoughtfully and responsibly. In essence, it represents clarity of thought and professional depth.

While the name is new, the values are not. The integrity, work ethic, and standards established by the late Roshan Baboolal remain central to our culture. Savia is a continuation of that foundation, built for the future.

Our core services remain audit, tax, and financial reporting. At the same time, we are increasingly focused on complex and critical matters such as valuation consulting, strategic advisory, and litigation support, areas where sound judgment and experience truly matter. We view our work as a partnership, helping clients make informed decisions in an increasingly complex environment.
