🎓💙 7 เดือนแห่งการเรียนรู้ ประสบการณ์ และความทรงจำดี ๆ

🤝 ขอบคุณน้อง ๆ ทั้ง 6 คน สำหรับความตั้งใจ ความรับผิดชอบ และการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมงานหัวหินการบัญชีและกฎหมายตลอด 7 เดือนที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงรอยยิ้มและบรรยากาศดี ๆ ที่มอบให้กันเสมอ 💕

📢 A Lower Withholding Tax Rate for e-Withholding Tax Payments

Ministerial Regulation No. 402 (B.E. 2569) has officially reduced the withholding tax rates of 5%, 3%, and 2% to just 1% for eligible payments made through Thailand’s e-Withholding Tax system.

The reduced rate applies from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027.

In addition to the reduced rate, the e-Withholding Tax system helps businesses streamline tax submissions, reduce paperwork, and access payment records more conveniently.

Please note that the 1% rate applies only to eligible categories of income and qualifying recipients. Businesses should review the applicable conditions before making a payment.

📢 ข่าวดีสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ!

กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 402 (พ.ศ. 2569) ประกาศลดอัตราภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย จากเดิม 5% 3% และ 2% เหลือเพียง 1% สำหรับการจ่ายเงินได้ที่เข้าเงื่อนไขผ่านระบบ e-Withholding Tax

มาตรการนี้มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2569 ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2570

การใช้ระบบ e-Withholding Tax ไม่เพียงช่วยลดอัตราภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย แต่ยังช่วยลดขั้นตอนด้านเอกสาร ทำให้การนำส่งและตรวจสอบข้อมูลภาษีสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น

ทั้งนี้ การลดอัตราภาษีใช้เฉพาะประเภทเงินได้และผู้รับเงินที่กฎหมายกำหนด ผู้ประกอบการควรตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขก่อนดำเนินการทุกครั้ง
