Executive Director is responsible for managing and overseeing company's day-to-day administrative processes and efforts. He oversees hiring, firing, maintain records, compliance, fundraising and ensuring sound financial practices in the Company. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills and should result-oriented.
The Executive Director is responsible to overseeing the Administration, Programs and Strategic Plan of the Company. Executive Director helps organize schedules, manage payroll and personnel databases, create reports, and offer other clerical duties. This role also requires a significant amount of communication and coordination with other staff and departments, including senior-level officials.
