✔ ACRA – Annual Return (AR) Filing
Companies with year-ends falling in Oct–Dec must ensure timely Annual Return submission. Late filing can result in penalties and directors may receive summonses.

✔ IRAS – YA 2026 Preparation Begins
Although YA 2025 filing closed on 30 Nov 2025, businesses should begin preparing for YA 2026 by organising:
• Financial statements for FY 2025
• Supporting documents for tax computation
• Records for allowable & disallowable expenses

📢 Corporate Tax Filing Reminder – YA 2025

All companies are required to file their Corporate Income Tax Return for the Year of Assessment (YA) 2025 by 30 November 2025. This filing covers income earned during the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

Filing can be done through the IRAS myTax Portal using Form C-S, Form C-S (Lite), or Form C, depending on eligibility. Submitting your returns on time helps you avoid unnecessary penalties and ensures smooth compliance.
