This year, we welcomed a new member to our Netherlands office, SCS EUROPE B.V.. As our Accounting and Business Development Manager, Ms. Sayaka Hilhorst Kitoh brings both expertise and a fresh vision to strengthen our presence in through the .

During the recent Global Conference, Sayaka shared her own story why she chose to move to the Netherlands. A country known for having the happiest children in the world, high English proficiency, and being No.1 in average height (and yes, she is really tall!). But what resonated most is the country’s strong culture of work-life balance, something she values deeply.

When personal aspirations align with professional purpose, growth becomes natural. We believe Sayaka will help SCS-Invictus Group level up in the years ahead as we continue building new developments across hashtag .

SCS-Invictus Group established our first Europe footprint in 2014 from Turkey, expanded to the Netherlands in 2016, and now proudly established our own office in the UK this year in 2025.

As we continue to grow in , this milestone reflects our commitment to building a connected and collaborative global network that supports clients across borders with consistency and trust.

We are also delighted to welcome our Head of UK Office, Shiho Takeda, who joined us in June 2025 and recently met our SCS-Invictus family at the Global Conference in Da Nang. The time spent together has given her a deeper understanding of how we work as One Team and strengthened the bond between the UK office and the rest of our Group.

With her leadership and our collective support, we believe that connecting APAC and the UK will become one of our next great stories.

Last month, our Founder and Group Managing Partner, Mr. Kenichi (KEN) SHOHTOKU, visited SCS Korea and spent meaningful time with our key members. This year is a special milestone: the 10th anniversary of our Korea office, which has grown into a strong team of 15 dedicated colleagues serving clients with sincerity and professionalism.

Over the past decade, SCS Korea has built a solid reputation in South Korea, especially in accounting, tax, audit and advisory services. We are grateful for their commitment over the past 10 years, and we look forward to supporting them in their continued journey.

During this year’s Global Conference on 21 November 2025, our Founder and Group Managing Partner, Mr. Kenichi (KEN) SHOHTOKU, announced the admission of Ozaki-san from our Vietnam office, SCS Global Consulting (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., as our newest Global Partner.

Ozaki-san has been with SCS for more than a decade and has contributed greatly to the growth and strengthening of our Vietnam practice through his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to our Group values. His appointment reflects our confidence in his ability to help shape the next chapter of SCS-Invictus Group.

𝗦𝗖𝗦-𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿

SCS-Invictus Group began in 2002 with a simple intention to serve our clients with sincerity, quality, and a belief that good business must benefit everyone involved. Rooted in the Sanpo-Yoshi philosophy, i.e. good for the service provider, good for the clients, and good for society, this value has stayed in our DNA from day one.

Twenty-three years later, our journey has brought us from one humble office starting from SCS Global Malaysia to a global network spanning 20 regions across APAC, Europe, the USA, and beyond. This growth did not come from a single founder or a single office. It came from the entrepreneurial spirit of every leader, every partner, every manager, and every colleague who believed that together, we could build something greater than ourselves.

Today, the world feels uncertain. There is noise, speculation, and rapid change. But there is also hope. And hope is strongest when we come together. On 21 November 2025, we gathered 70+ colleagues from around the world, not just partners and directors, but team members who shape the Group’s future with their ideas and actions. It was a day to reconnect, to challenge ourselves, and to ask: 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕’𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒖𝒔?

One of the key themes this year was (Artificial Intelligence). For the first time since COVID-19, we openly explored what AI means for our work, our people, and our clients. Our offices shared real stories from their AI transformation journeys, what worked, what didn’t, and what we can learn from one another.

Yet amidst all the technology and innovation, one message stood out clearly: 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The trust we build, the relationships we nurture, the values we uphold; these are what truly carry our organisation forward.

Our Global Partner, Daisuke Hora, and Director of upcoming South Africa office, Seiya Matsumoto, recently attended TICAD 9 (Tokyo International Conference on African Development) in Yokohama, Japan (20 - 22 August 2025). (https://lnkd.in/d-WsiziF)

is an international conference led by the Japanese and African government to discuss Africa's economic growth and investment opportunities. It brought together leaders from African countries and companies from Japan, providing great insights and networking opportunities.

- Valuable connections that will support our own journey into Africa

TICAD（アフリカ開発会議、Tokyo International Conference on African Development）は、1993年から日本政府が主導し、国連、国連開発計画（UNDP）、アフリカ連合委員会（AUC）、世界銀行と共同で開催しているアフリカの開発をテーマとする国際会議です。

主なハイライト:
- アフリカにおいて日々変化する投資環境に関する最新情報の把握
