With July and August marking our traditional post-peak period, our team took the opportunity to come together in two groups for a well-deserved gathering. It was a chance to catch up, enjoy some light-hearted moments, and for our newer colleagues to get to know more of the people they work alongside.

We are pleased to recognise Jeffrey Chan as the July 2026 recipient of the OA Pro-Active Excellence Award.

Despite recently joining OA, Jeffrey quickly took ownership of a complex audit engagement, identified potential issues early, communicated clearly with the client, and supported the team in meeting an important reporting deadline.

His proactive approach, professional judgement, and willingness to take responsibility helped keep the engagement on track and demonstrated the impact of acting at the right time.

A little National Day quiz brought an extra dose of energy to this year's festivities.
