You need a guardian if your beneficiary is below 21 years old
The executor is responsible for applying for probate and administering the property, settling the deceased's debts and distributing the property to the beneficiaries according to the will.
Beneficiaries of a will can also serve as executors.
A will must have 2 or more witnesses, and the witnesses must also sign the will in the presence of the testator. The two primary witnesses cannot be beneficiaries of the will or the testator's spouse.
