On 19 August 2025, FOZL Assurance PAC's Audit Partner Vincent Tang and Senior Audit Manager Kim Hee were invited to participate in the DBS Sustainability Day 2025, held at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre. As DBS’s annual flagship sustainability event, this year's theme “From Strategy to Transformation” brought together industry leaders, senior executives, and ecosystem partners to discuss how sustainability strategies can be translated into concrete actions and measurable outcomes.

Highlights of the event included celebrating the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the DBS ESG Ready Programme, recognising their progress on the path of green transformation. The event also announced a new Continuing Education and Training (CET) partnership with Singapore Polytechnic, focusing on sustainability risk management. In addition, experts from Singapore Polytechnic and Nanyang Polytechnic led breakout workshops, sharing practical tools and real-world case studies to help enterprises better navigate decarbonisation and sustainability challenges.

The panel discussion, moderated by Sharon Tan, Head of SME Banking, DBS Singapore, featured distinguished speakers including Esther An (Chief Sustainability Officer, City Developments Limited), Moh Yan Ting (Managing Director, Freshening Industries Pte. Ltd.), Shawn Ow (Chief Financial Officer, ICF International Pte. Ltd.), and Jerald Tew (Director, Spin Pte. Ltd.), who shared valuable insights and practical perspectives on turning strategy into ex*****on.
