Akala niya simple lang.
“Halos same lang naman ang car payment sa monthly transportation expense ko. At least may sarili na akong sasakyan.” 😅
Makes sense naman.
So kumuha siya ng car loan.
Then dumating yung second receipt.
Fuel.
Insurance.
Maintenance.
Registration.
Parking.
Repairs.
Isa-isa lang silang maliit tingnan, pero kapag pinagsama-sama every month… ayun, biglang sumikip ang budget.
Yung akala niyang same expense lang, naging much bigger commitment pala.
Hindi naman mali ang kumuha ng car loan.
Ang mali lang minsan, installment lang ang kino-compute natin.
Before making a big financial decision, don’t just ask:
“Kaya ko ba yung monthly?”
Ask:
“Kaya ko ba lahat ng kasama nito?”
Para walang gulatan.
Walang unnecessary sakit ng ulo.
At hopefully, hindi loan ngayon, iyak later. 😅
Every decision gives you two receipts:
what you paid, and what it costs your life.
That’s what we talk about on the Count the Cost Podcast. 🎙️
Practical conversations about money, decisions, family, faith, and building a life with fewer regrets.

Sometimes financial progress doesn’t look like having more money.
Sometimes, it looks like less stress, clearer priorities, and more peace of mind.
That’s what stood out to me from Rotinie & Earn’s experience.
Months after creating their financial blueprint, they still go back to it, review their priorities, and make adjustments as life changes.
Because that’s really what financial wellness is about.
Hindi naman kailangang perfect ang finances mo. But knowing where you stand, what matters most, and what your next step should be can already remove a lot of uncertainty.
A good financial plan shouldn’t make life feel heavier.
It should help you and your family move forward with clarity, direction, and confidence.
For you, what would give you more financial peace of mind right now: more savings, less debt, better protection, or simply having a clear plan?

One of the best outcomes of a financial planning conversation is not always a product or an investment.
Sometimes, it’s simply this: “Mas malinaw na sa akin kung ano ang kailangan kong gawin next.”
That clarity matters.
Because when you understand what you need to protect, what gaps you need to address, and where you want to go, financial decisions become less overwhelming.
Thank you, Marie Rojas, for trusting me with your financial planning journey and for sharing this kind recommendation. 🙏
My goal has always been simple: help people make financial decisions with greater clarity, direction, and confidence.

Happening today . See you there!
🛡️ Do you really know if your financial protection is enough?
Minsan, we know we need protection, pero maraming questions:
How much is enough?
What should I actually be covered for?
What happens if I move back home?
And if I already have a policy, do I fully understand how it works?
That’s why we’re having Peace of Mind, Wherever You Are, a complimentary webinar with Zurich International Life and Savoy Insurance Brokers.
Our goal is simple: to help you understand financial protection better so you can make informed decisions for yourself and your family.
