Projects change, companies grow and new challenges arise. But what stays with us the longest is the commitment, experience, and relationships built over the years.

Today, we say goodbye to someone who has been with us since the very beginning – our wonderful colleague, Maria. After 14 years with our GSC and over 20 years within the Group, she is starting an exciting new chapter: retirement. It is a remarkable story that we are honored to have been a part of. 🫶

While we will deeply miss her cheerful smile around the workplace, we couldn't be happier for her as she steps into this exciting new chapter of life.

☀️ Summer is in full swing, and things are heating up in our accounting departments – in the best way possible!

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome a group of talented interns who joined our company this July. 😇

Our new colleagues have already successfully completed their onboarding process and are officially joining their respective teams. Over the summer months, they will be supporting our daily operations, bringing fresh perspectives, and injecting fantastic energy into our departments. For some of them, this will be their very first experience with the corporate world, while for others, it’s the next exciting step in their accounting journey.

Another group of our leaders has just completed an intensive two-day training as part of our Leader's Academy, focused on ownership, teamwork, and assertive communication. 🤝

Over the two days, participants explored how personal accountability drives stronger teams, how to communicate more effectively and finally how to adapt their approach to different situations. Through discussions and practical exercises they strengthened the skills that help build a collaborative workplace.

💡 A big thank you to everyone who took part and made these two days so engaging. We can't wait to see these insights and ideas put into practice across our teams!
