*Important Tax Relief for Property Owners*
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has declared Section *7E tax* unconstitutional / invalid, providing major relief to property owners across Pakistan.
*What was Section 7E?*
A deemed income tax imposed on capital assets / immovable properties even where no actual rental income was earned.
*What this decision means*:
1. Relief for plot & property owners
2. No tax on “deemed” rental income under Section 7E
3. Strong legal protection against unjust taxation
