Last date for filing of income tax return for the tax year 2018 extended till December 15, 2018.

Newly Incorporated Companies are receiving notices to comply with the provision of Section 17 of the Companies Act 2017.

The above-said section requires:
1. the subscriber to deposit the subscription money with the Company and;
2. to report the receipt of deposit to registrar vide Form-1.

Moreover, the form-1 shall be accompanied by a *Certificate from a Chartered Accountant certifying that the subscription money has been deposited by the subscribers*.

The directors are being given a final chance to submit the Form-1 along with the Certificate from a Chartered Accountant within 15 days from the receipt of the notice. Failing which will result in the cancellation of shares and Directors names will be removed from the register.
