Digitization Officer
Responsibilities:
• Scan and digitize documents using high-speed scanners.
• Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly organized.
• Maintain accurate digital records and file naming standards.
• Perform quality checks on digitized documents.
• Handle and maintain scanning equipment carefully.
Data Entry Officer
Responsibilities:
• Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases.
• Verify and correct data when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
