Slow boil of our stew extracts the oil from walnut and chicken which delights the dish with natural extracted oil. Deep-frying is limited to Falafel and Crispy bread of Fattoush. Portion sizes are designed to serve 3 persons collectively. Portions are 300 grams of boneless Meat, Chicken or Vegetable. The name, ZiMehr, has been derived from two Old Persian words i.e. Zi stands for FROM and Mehr is referred to as the SUN and LOVE. ZiMehr have made a commitment i.e. to stay healthy and clean, and we do this by only using what god blesses us from the soil which is ripped by the sun’s lovely warmth ( the health factor) and prepared as it is prepared for self consumption (cleanliness factor). ZiMehr (Old PERSEPOLIS) has started its Take-Out, Delivery & Catering services at F8 since October 18th, 2010. It has been shifted to F-7(the present location) in late June 2011 and resumed operations since July 11th, 2011. The dine-in facility has been opened since then and ZiMehr and its team work wholeheartedly to ensure that you enjoy your food just as you do it at your home.
