You don’t need to know everything.
But you should have basic common sense, be comfortable in Excel, and double-check numbers without being told.

2 — Upwork Revenue Partner

Let’s be honest.

Have you actually closed projects —
or just sent proposals?

We don’t care about activity.
We care about outcomes.

If you understand:

Positioning value instead of price

Reading what the client is really asking

Moving conversations toward a clear yes

This role makes sense.

It’s commission-based.
You earn when you close.
