Let me ask you something.
If your Amazon account got flagged tomorrow (your seller fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation)- would you know what to do?
Most sellers don't. And that's not a criticism - running an Amazon store is a full-time job on its own.
Then add product sourcing, pricing, catalog, graphic design, logistics, Amazon ads, listing creation, demand forecasting and customer service, it never stops.
That's exactly why Amazon FBA VAs exist.
We watch the things that are easy to miss.
Account health metrics. Inbound shipment issues. Missing reimbursements. Performance alerts, buyer messages, charge back and A-Z claims.
We catch problems before they become suspensions. See image below. Its the OTDR that is below 90.
I've been doing this for 4+ years. And the sellers who sleep best at night are the ones who have someone watching their account for them.
If you're an Amazon seller what's the one part of your account you wish someone else could handle?

Aspiring Amazon VA - you don't need years of experience to start.
You need ONE skill first. And it's not what most people think.
Everyone tells you to learn everything at once. Listings. PPC. Inventory. Shipments. Customer service. Account health.
That's overwhelming. And it's why most aspiring VAs never actually start.
Here's the truth after 4 years of doing this work:
The skill that gets you your first client is not the most technical one.
It's account health monitoring.
Why?
Because every Amazon seller - beginner or experienced - is scared of one thing.
Losing their account. A suspension. A warning they don't understand.
When you can look at their account health dashboard, understand what the numbers mean, and flag problems before they become emergencies - you become someone they can't afford to lose.
That's the skill that gets you hired. That's the skill that keeps you hired.

Hey! If this is your first time seeing me here, hi, I'm Dativa. 👋
I'm an Amazon FBA operations specialist and this page is where I share everything I know about working behind the scenes of Amazon seller accounts.
Here's the short version of my story:
I spent 16 years working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong. Came home for good, worked in BPO for 5 years, then on October 2, 2022, I resigned and bet on myself.
That was the day I started my freelance journey as an Amazon VA.
Four years later, this is what I do for sellers every single day:
✅ Monitor account health so problems get caught before they blow up
✅ Manage FBA shipments and inbound inventory
✅ Recover lost revenue through reimbursement cases
✅ Pull weekly performance reports so sellers always know how their store is doing
✅ Handle seller support cases and escalations
I'm not just someone who took a course and called herself an Amazon VA.
I have real accounts, real clients, and real results. And I built all of this starting from zero. No connections, no shortcuts, just consistent work.
If you're an Amazon seller who's overwhelmed, or an aspiring VA who wants to learn the ropes, you're in the right place.
Follow along. I post tips, behind-the-scenes, and honest lessons from the work I do every day.
And if you're a seller looking for someone to handle your Amazon operations, my DMs are open. 💬

Way back 2022, I didn't felt ready to start Amazon VA freelancing. But, I did it anyway. I just have determination that I will be able to find freelancing job and the decision not to go back to my corporate job no matter what.
And it's the motivation to provide better for my family that keeps me moving forward despite so many rejections.
And now I am almost 4 years in the industry and I'm just getting started.
There is no path prepared for me so I created one for me.
If you are still doubting yourself if freelancing is for you, please don't. Take action and make your dreams happen.

Pag freelancer ka may work pa rin kahit national holiday sa Pinas. Kaya work mode pa rin hanggang 12am.
Thank you Lord Jesus sa trabaho. Sabi biyaya Mo araw araw, sa kalakasan at higit lalo sa free gift na kaligtasan.
Purihin ka Panginoong Jesus.
