The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) advises all concerned taxpayers, Revenue officials, and employees currently using the eBIRForms Offline Package to download and install the latest version, eBIRForms Offline Package Version 7.9.6.0 or 7.9.6.1.

Older versions of the eBIRForms Offline Package will be discontinued and will no longer be supported.

Taxpayers are encouraged to update at the earliest opportunity and carefully follow the procedures in the accompanying User Manual, particularly those covering the backup and restoration of previously saved tax returns and related data.

📣 ATTENTION MICRO TAXPAYERS!

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has launched the ONE-TIME TAX ABATEMENT PROGRAM under RR No. 4-2026.

✅ For micro taxpayers with annual gross sales not exceeding ₱3,000,000
✅ Covered tax liabilities and/or penalties not exceeding ₱80,000 per taxable year
✅ Cases must exist as of December 31, 2025
✅ Availment period is until December 31, 2026

This program provides an opportunity to resolve outstanding tax issues, regularize records, and move forward as a compliant taxpayer.

Interested applicants may file their application with the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over their registration.

The Securities and Exchange Commission released a Memorandum Circular No. 9, Series of 2026 to ensure your corporation remains in good standing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Key Deadlines for 2026

✅Annual Financial Statements (AFS): For corporations with a fiscal year ending on December 31, the filing deadline is May 29, 2026.

✅General Information Sheet (GIS): Must be filed within 30 calendar days from the date of the actual annual stockholders' or members' meeting.

✅Special Schedules: Listed companies on the PSE and those covered under Section 17.2 of the SRC must file within 105 calendar days after the end of the fiscal year.

✅Brokers and Dealers: Those with a fiscal year ending December 31 must file SEC Form 52-AR by April 30, 2026.
