Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media recruitment strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create visually engaging recruitment content, including pubmats, reels, TikTok-style videos, stories, recruitment posters, and compelling captions/copywriting to attract potential candidates, strengthen employer branding, and increase online engagement across multiple social media platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging recruitment content (posts, reels, stories, job ads)
Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages from potential applicants
Source and attract candidates through organic and paid social campaigns
Build and maintain a talent pipeline/community through consistent engagement
Strengthen employer branding by showcasing company culture, events, and success stories
Stay updated on social media trends and recruitment marketing best practices
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
Experience in social media management, recruitment marketing, or creative content creation
Proven experience in recruitment, social media management, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience targeting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
Experience with paid ads and analytics tools is an advantage
Strong eye for design, branding, and storytelling
Knowledge of short-form video trends and engagement strategies
Basic photo/video editing skills
