Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring all accounting transactions in Carmona Plant
Reviews in detail all Requests for Payment that originate from the Plant
Audits disbursments out of petty cash fund and ensures complete and timely liquidation
In charge of the month-end physical inventory count and reconciliation
Implements policies and procedures with respect to Physical Inventory
Reviews all SAP entries as recorded by Plant Personnel

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
CPA an advantage
Must be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Preferably female

Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
Tasked to analyze business activities, procedures, and processes to ensure that Company goals are met
Reviews process, operations, and goals to ensure the policies and procedures are carried out effectively
Identifies and examines the risk an organization faces by investigating the sources and placing relative value on each risk
Assists his superiors in appraising the adequacy of corrective actions taken to improve deficient conditions
Schedule regular meetings with Management to communicate audit findings

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has a comprehensive knowledge in auditing practices, procedures, and principles sufficient to interpret and analyze complex concepts

Accountant

Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will handle billing, collection and general bookkeeping.
Prepares statement of account, financial reports and regulatory purposes
Handles accounts receivable, revenue and cash receipts.
Performs intercompany reconciliation and monitors transactions and balances

Requirements:
Applicant must be a graduate of Accountancy

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the logistics personnel to resolve shortages or delayed deliveries
Maintain and update information and files regarding purchases.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Responsible in formulating, implementing, and sustaining optimized processing operations by having a good preventive maintenance program.
Plan, supervise, and implement the full operation of Maintenance including fabrication team in accordance with the required production capacity and quality

Requirements:
Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Mechanical Engineer an advantage
With at least three years of maintenance supervisory experience gained in a food manufacturing plant

R & D Analyst

Responsibilities:
Performs research and development activities.
Design and develop high quality products according to clients' requirements.

Requirements:
Preferably a graduate of BS Chemistry, Chem. Engineering, or Food Technology.

Purchasing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising the centralized purchasing of raw materials (seaweeds) for the company. Also responsible for marketing seaweeds for export/ local buyers
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Management, Business Administration, or any other related course.
With at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, including supplier negotiations, purchasing controls, and management.
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and legal requirements of purchasing as they relate to competitive bidding, vendor selection, and the placement of purchase orders for supplies, materials, services, and equipment.

Logistics Staff

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient and effective flow of all transactions and ensures the accuracy and completeness of documents needed.
Arrange and monitor transportation of trucking export
Requirements:
Graduate of BS in Custnom Administration, or any business course
Knowledgeable in negotiation techniques
Familiar with administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminologies

Agriculturist/Sales & Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing front line professional customer service and support clients in increasing the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of their farming enterprises
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of BS Agriculture, Agri-business, Marketing, and other related course.
Must have proven track record in sales fertilizer for at least 2 years.
Has an experience in providing agronomic services in irrigated cropping
Preferably male
With driving skills a must.

HR Associate

Responsibilities:
Responsible in assisting the HR Supervisor for the total HR management of the Carmona Plant from hiring, orientation and training, timekeeping, benefits administration, employee relations, implementation of company policies, rules and regulations and other HR related functions in compliance to the HR Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or any related course
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Drives / generates programs geared toward improvement in cost, productivity and quality for manufacturing needs.
• Provide technical support to the Manufacturing operations and other support groups within the limits of the Process Engineering controls, procedures and product specifications
• Drive plant-wide continuous improvement through the use of basic and advanced statistical techniques and tools
