āAnother Monday, another pasok na naman.ā
Have you ever said this to yourself?
You got 8 hours of sleepā¦
pero pagod ka pa rin.
One thing I realized late in life:
the daily grind is important.
It provides for the family.
It builds the future.
But, hereās the harder question:
Do we still see the purpose behind our grindā¦
or are we just surviving until the next weekend?

Your life is shaped by the choices you make when no one is watching. Each action quietly builds who you are becoming. Choose with intention today because direction is created, not given.
The more you micromanage high-performing people,
the more you limit their potential.
The kind who moves fast,
wants freedom to execute,
and performs better when trusted
instead of constantly checked.
How do you lead them without holding them back? š
If you are a sales leader,
big chance you have this agnt in your team.
Yung hindi nauubusan ng kwento. Masarap kasama.
Pero kapag pinupush mo na to perform at a highr level,
bigla kang bebentahan ng dahilan.
Pang-sales talaga. š
The challenge is this:
Can you handle their personality
without buying their excuses?
Sometimes, itās not a lack of potential.
Itās a lack of accountability.
Real talk, leaders become so understanding
that they start lowering the standard.
So, before you ask why your people are not growing,
ask yourself first:
Are you developing them⦠or rewarding the excuses that keep them average? š¤
Will you ever know if you donāt try?
Student in the morning,
Call cnter agent at night.
Ngl⦠there were moments I felt like I was misssing out. While others were enjoying, I was working.
I sacrificed part of my childhood to play and socialze with friends.
But looking back, it was one of the best risks Iāve taken.
Because over the next 10 years, the return showed up:
⢠Opportunities I wouldnāt have access to
⢠Skills I didnāt learn in school
⢠Exp that built my confidence
⢠A network that opened doors
Wasnāt easy. But, it was worth it.
Because the life you want later requires sacrifce now.
So, hereās the real question:
What are you investing in today that your future self will thank you for tomorrow?

When you are in sales,
Iām sure youāve experienced this too.
Nasagot ko naman lahatā¦
pero ang ending, āweāll think about it.ā
Not because you lacked effort,
but because you were using the
same approach with different people.
Have you ever felt like you did everything right⦠but still didnāt get the result? š©
You can be offering something really good⦠and still not close.
Not because you lack skill, but because youāre using the same approach on different people.
I see this a lot.
You have one way of explaining.
One way of handling objections.
One way of closing.
It works on some.
Then you meet someone else and nothing moves.
Just⦠not connecting.
Because people donāt buy the same way.
Some want you to get straight to the point. Some want to feel comfortable first.
Some decide fast.
Some need time.
If you donāt adjust, youāll keep missing people you couldāve actually closed.
Thatās what YOUnique Selling Styles is about.
Itās not about adding more lines to your pitch.
Itās learning how to recognize who youāre talking to and adjust in real time.
Weāre running a small session for this.
Kept it tight on purpose so we can go deeper.
If youāve ever felt like āI know I couldāve closed that,ā this is worth your time.
You can check the details and secure a seat while thereās still room

Your direction is not decided in one big moment. It is built in the small choices you make every day. Stay intentional, stay aware, and keep choosing what moves you forward.
After 10+ years, hereās what I realized too late about leading yourself.
Whether youāre in business, freelancing, or corporate, it all comes down to just 2 priorities.
Did you learn these early⦠or are you learning them the hard way now? š¤
