The SEC has announced an extension for the filing of 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and related reports, following the updated BIR timeline. All covered corporations are advised to take note of the revised deadlines below:

• Audited Financial Statements (AFS): June 15, 2026
• SEC Form 52-AR (Brokers & Dealers): May 15, 2026
• Annual Reports (SEC Form 17-A): May 15, 2026
