Today, we’re celebrating one of our team members, Eric Samayo, for his outstanding 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡-𝐭𝐨-𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐈𝐀-𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫! 👏💙

Pero higit pa sa numbers, mas meaningful isipin kung ano ang nasa likod ng bawat approval at renewal.

May family na mas naging prepared.
May parent na nag-decide na protektahan ang healthcare budget ng pamilya.
May freelancer or self-employed professional na piniling maging responsible sa sarili niyang healthcare.
At may client na nagsabi, in one way or another:

Another team assisted. Another group of hardworking VAs na ngayon ay mas may confidence about their healthcare protection. 🫶🏻

This week, I had the privilege of assisting another group of VAs in exploring their healthcare options.

We talked about what they actually need, checked the available options, compared the benefits and coverage, and considered what makes sense for their lifestyle and budget.

Because I believe na kapag healthcare ang pinag-uusapan, hindi dapat minamadali ang decision.
