JAN 2 TO MARCH 1- Failure to do will be charged with fines.
1. You may secure online appointment schedule and choose location
2. Proceed to your scheduled time and place
3. Pay P310 for Annual report for Pwrsonal appearance of Foreign Holder.
* for hassle free and if secured thru Accredditted Agency, we will charged a total of P1810 inclusives of service fees.
