It's true. We should put our health first before anything else because 'health is wealth' and 'mahal magkasakit'.

Hindi tayo pwedeng magkasakit kahit may insurance ka pa or HMO. Kahit marami kang pera. Mas lalo na pag wala kang anda. Huwag magkakasakit. Not because of the gastusin but because eventually, pag lumala -- could lead to death.

When I became a mom, I started to fear death. 'Hindi ako pwedeng mamatay dahil may anak na ako' mindset. Immortal yarn?

We need to take a break. Take a rest and recharge.
Tao lang tayo.

Pero sa panahon ngayon, ano na ba ang rest? Paano na ba nagpapahinga? Ako ang pahinga ko ay magbenta pa din online, mag-post ng mga paninda kase nagagawa ko naman yun sa phone kahit nakahiga at kumakain. Kase kaya mo naman mag-phone eh diba.

What is time management? I can't even manage my life. Char.

Bakit nakaka-guilty minsan magpahinga. As in pahinga girl.

How can you rest when you feel like your hustle is not enough -- income is not enough. When you feel like marami ka pang pwede magawa habang tulog na sila dahil ito na ang chance na kumilos.

How can you have peace while resting when you still think of the lacking things.

This is not a rant, but a realization of a mom who just wants to do MORE. And just doesnt want to stop.

Is this selflessness, or.. 'self-love-less'.
Pinilit ko mag-rhyme. Basta wala ng self love.

It's 1:12AM and instead of going to bed, I opened my laptop to apply for VA jobs, update my CV, etc. Kase our daytime is spent for our business naman.

My body is tired, but my mind and heart never get tired.
I want to do more.
Push more.

I always talk to the Lord, He is the only listener that I trust, but this time I want to share this with you.

I pray that my body won't give up, because what is the sense of all of this if I die.

So, I will do myself a favor and put my health first.
Madaling sabihin, mahirap gawin. Pero kahit na, basta. I'll take care of myself, be fit and healthy as much as I can.

Because I love my family, I want to spend more time with them.
Live longer for them.

I was doing the laundry when Zoe (my 3yo tot) came to me and said, ‘Good job, Mom!’, while patting my head.😅

I said ‘thank you’ and laughed a bit ‘cause I cant believe it haha. Really anak. Ako ung ginu-good job mo.

But in my head, I was like..🥹🥹🥹😭😭😭
