1. Sales activity to counter lower sales generations
2. Monitor your parcels for the month of December and follow up collections
3. Make sure to check RTS parcel if you can resell undamaged items and immediately process your claims

Human resource is the greatest asset of the company, needless to say they make the company running and create income but they may turned out to be liabilities if not managed properly.

Before on boarding additional personnel make sure to check the following:

1. What are their functions in the company? What department they shall belong?
- Make sure that you have job descriptions and deliverables for specific post.
-Make sure that no one in the company is doing the same job descriptions and deliverables to avoid redundancy.
-For companies having multiple employees in every department, make sure that the department doing the same job descriptions reached their performance capacity before onboarding additional employee otherwise the department will have increased idle or unproductive working hours and will have increased unnecessary costs.

2. Is the vacancy for regular position or project based?
-Always determine the reason why you are increasing your human resources. If it is caused by increase in demand or revenues, study the factors of increase in demand. Analyze if the increase in demand shall be maintained or not. Remember regular position vacancies will be part of fixed costs and shall be maintained by the company regardless of increase or decrease in revenues.
-Evaluate if there are other options like third party engagement (no employer employee relationship) that can be rescinded if sales quota or deliverables are not met.
- Project based positions are positions with specific length of time or specific deliverables. Make sure to compute the total costs of the project and the time line of completion to avoid delays and unnecessary costs.

3. How much is the salary package? How much is the projected increase in revenue for sales related vacant post or increase in departmental efficiency in support department post?
- Compute the total salary related costs from basic salary, benefits and possible bonuses.
- Compute sales quota and projected revenues for sales related posts.
- Compute quantifiable increase in production or efficiency for support or back end posts.

Always remember increase in manpower costs will not automatically increase your net income.

Always analyze and project.
