🚨 PAG-IBIG FUND RELIEF ANNOUNCEMENT!

Pag-IBIG Circular No. 481 is activated, granting a one-month payment moratorium on housing loans for members and buyers affected by Typhoons "Ramil," "Tino," and "Uwan" (in areas declared under a state of calamity).

Action Required: Affected borrowers should apply for this moratorium online via Virtual Pag-IBIG or in-branch.
This is part of a broader support package that also includes Calamity Loan access and housing loan insurance for damaged properties.

Based on Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 107-2025, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has suspended all field audits and operations, including the issuance and enforcement of Letters of Authority (LOAs) and tax assessment notices. The suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until lifted by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue.
