All existing business registrants, online sellers, professionals, and social media influencers registered under the jurisdiction of RDO 28 - Novaliches.

It's time for your to replace your Old BIR NOTICE "Ask For Receipt" with the New BIR Notice "Notice to Issue Receipts/Invoices (NIRI). Until June 30, 2023, only is the validity of Old BIR NOTICE.

Required documents:
1. Accomplished 2 Copies BIR Form of S1905.
2. Bring the Original "Ask for Receipt" Notice

If Authorized Representative
> For Individual Taxpayer
Bring a SPA (original copy) and a photocopy of any government-issued ID of the representative and taxpayer.
> For Non-Individual Taxpayer
Bring Board Resolution or Secretary Certificate (original copy) and photocopy of any government-issued ID of the representative.

Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui, Jr. led the filing of an administrative complaint against an accountant involved in the "Ghost Receipts" syndicate, for the revocation of his professional license as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The accountant is now criminally charged before the DOJ and is facing prison time along with an administrative case pending in PRC with the possible revocation of his license.
