📌 Ano ang Tax Mapping?

Ang Tax Mapping, na opisyal na tinatawag na Tax Compliance Verification Drive (TCVD) ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), ay isang on-the-spot inspection para i-check kung compliant ang isang negosyo sa registration at invoicing requirements.

Layunin nitong siguraduhin na ang mga negosyo ay sumusunod sa tamang proseso ng pagbabayad at pagre-report ng buwis.

⚠️ Mga Karaniwang Na-fa-flag sa Inspection:

✔️ Walang naka-display na BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
✔️ Walang “Must Issue Receipt” Notice sa visible area
✔️ Walang valid Authority to Print (ATP) para sa manual receipts
✔️ Paggamit ng unregistered Official Receipts / Sales Invoices
✔️ Hindi registered o hindi updated ang Books of Accounts
✔️ Hindi pag-iisyu ng resibo sa bawat benta

💡 Bakit Ito Mahalaga?

Kapag may na-detect na violation, maaaring:

• Ma-issue-han ng Notice of Discrepancy
• Bigyan ng panahon para mag-comply
• Magkaroon ng compromise penalty kung hindi agad maayos

📣 𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗙𝗦, 𝗚𝗜𝗦 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued the schedule for the submission of corporations’ annual financial statements (AFS) and general information sheets (GIS) for 2026.

The SEC on February 11 issued Memorandum Circular No. 9, Series of 2026, which provides for the schedule of the 2026 Filing of Annual Financial Statements and General Information Sheets.

The AFS and GIS shall be filed through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool, or eFAST. Other reports not yet accepted through eFAST shall be submitted through the iMessage Online Ticketing System at imessage.sec.gov.ph.
