Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- File and organize financial documents for easy access.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with audits and other financial projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
