Ano nga ba ang 1701MS?

Ito ang ITR form na gagamitin ng mga taxpayers classified as Micro or Small, in relation to some reforms introduced in the Ease of Paying Taxes Law (EOPT)

Required na nga ba gamitin ito via manual filing kasi hindi pa available sa eBIRForms or eFPS?

According to BIR, they will be releasing official guidelines for this. Habang wala pa, pwede pa rin ang existing forms (1701, 1701A). In case nakapag-file na kayo ng ITR tapos lumabas yung guidelines, no need to re-file using the 1701MS. Sufficient na yung 1701/1701A. Kaya they suggest filing your ITR early
