ME2 : Kasi, kung ako yung client gusto ko ay yung the best for me, yung transparent at mapagkakatiwalaan dahil mahirap kumita ng pera. Gusto ko rin na alam ko kung anung pinapasok at aasahan ko rito. 💛

DAY 4 : Budget your Money

Isa sa mga life hacks ko sa buhay simula noong bata pa ako.

Sa simula ay mahirap talagang magbudget lalo kung nagsisimula ka pa lang at sapat lang ang natatangap. Pero I am a living proof na makakaya mo rin iyan.

Ihiwalay ang needs sa wants.
Unahin ang needs sa wants.

Kapag may proper budgetting, maiiwasan ang utang at petsa de peligro.

DAY 3 : Determine your financial goals

List down your financial goals and categorize them into
1. Short term
2. Mid-term
3. Long term

These goals will guide your actions and behavior towards proper financial planning.

Maglaan ka ng parte ng buwanang sahod para sa tinatawag na "Emergency Fund" hanggang sa mabuo mo ang anim na buwang sahod mo. Gamitin lamang ito kapag 1.) Nawalan ng trabaho 2.) Nagkasakit ang mahal sa buhay(walang HMO o Health Insurance) 3.) Kalamidad at 4.) Aksidente

NOTE : Ang emergency fund mo ay hindi emergency fund ng kamag-anak mo. Matutong humindi lalo kung sapat lamang ito para sa pamilya mo.

DAY1 :
How can I get out of debt? O.o

Una, dapat may mindset tayo na "Hangga't maaari ay hindi ako mangungutang" at "Dapat mabayaran ko si friend kahit na hindi nya ako sinisingil. :) "

We should also be mindful of the interest. Usually, sa CC ay may minimum payment required lang. Please don't just pay the minimum payment. It's a TRAP for you to incur interest of at least 3% (depends on the bank).

Let us avoid bad debts to impress other people.

Gentle reminder. If we have outstanding debts to other people, please pay on time. Dahil hindi naman pera lang ang pinahiram sayo bagkus pati ang tiwala ay binigay din.

Kudos to those people who have good debts that they have used to generate more assets or income.
