𝟖 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟎 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞! For the Past year, I've encountered more than 200 Young Professionals working on Purpose, and for a purpose but couldn’t get the #𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 that they deserve. If there is something that would equalize your efforts, would you like to do it? As a Young Professional myself, sacrificing the 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 is not an option for me in exchange of building someone else's dreams - by being just an employee. Being a 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫, I am able to spend time with my family more, do my Hobbies especially going to the gym mid of the day, travel, and work on my own pace anywhere, anytime, and with anyone I want.

2 years being Financially Independent, I have helped young professionals to shoot up their income by at least 200% even in their early 20s, as well as experience life to the fullest. In the next 2 years, we aim to groom over a thousand young leaders who will pass on my goal of achieving the Dream Life by being Financially independent.

Isa sa mga bagay na kulang na kulang sa Pilipinas ngayon ay public libraries, hindi yung puchoo-puchoo lang na reading corner, real and functional libraries na accessible sa lahat, lalo na sa mga estudyante, jobseekers, at community learners.

Public libraries are not just dusty book rooms, they’re economic engines that build people and boost local economies. Alam mo ba bakit essential sila sa economy?

📊 Quick Stats & Facts

📌 Sa dami ng bayan at cities sa Pilipinas, around 3-4% lang ng dapat na public libraries ang actually existing. Ibig sabihin, millions of Filipinos ang walang maayos na access sa reading, research, at learning spaces. Ang lungkot.

📌 In surveys from the U.S. (and similarly around the world) people say libraries are critical for economic success:
- 95% agree na libraries give everyone a fair shot at success.
- 83% say they help people find jobs or improve work skills.
- 76% say libraries make communities more attractive for businesses.

📌In economic impact studies (e.g., Florida & Indiana), libraries don’t just help readers, they create jobs, support local spending, and stimulate economic activity.

Bakit importante ang public libraries sa economy?

✅ Skill upgrade = mas maraming may trabaho

Public libraries give free access to internet, digital skills, job search tools, resume help, even business resources. Meaning, hindi mo kailangan maging mayaman para matuto, kailangan mo lang ng access. And when people get skilled, mas employable sila. Simple math.

✅ Pantay-pantay ang laban (kahit hindi pantay ang resources)

Hindi lahat may WiFi, laptop, o tahimik na space sa bahay. Libraries become the great equalizer, lugar kung saan kahit sino pwedeng mag-aral, mag-apply ng trabaho, o mag-upskill. Less inequality = stronger economy.

✅ It’s a Community hub, hindi lang book shelf

Libraries bring people together, workshops, talks, training, networking. Diyan nabubuo ang ideas, small businesses, at collaborations. Kapag buhay ang community, buhay din ang local economy.

✅ Hindi siya gastos, investment siya

Libraries create jobs, support local suppliers, and circulate money within communities. So no, hindi siya charity project, pang-long-term economic growth siya.

Yung naghihintay, hindi nanghuhula.
Yung nakakaintindi kahit magulo ka.
Yung nakikipag-usap pa rin kahit may tampuhan.
