𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
✔ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)
✔ With at least 1 year of relevant experience
✔ Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and processes
✔ Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
✔ Organized, reliable, and keen to details

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
• Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of financial records
• Handle invoicing and payroll support
• Prepare and file BIR forms and other compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records

SEC Notice: The SEC has extended the transitional use of the 2020 General Information Sheet (GIS) Form for filing the GIS and Beneficial Ownership Declaration (BOD) Page through eFAST until July 31, 2026.

BIR Update: Revenue Administrative Order (RAO) No. 4-2026 abolishes the Large Taxpayers VAT Audit Unit under the Large Taxpayers Service and the VAT Audit Section under the Assessment Division in the Regional Offices.

BIR Update: Revenue Delegation Authority Order (RDAO) No. 33-2026 delegates the authority to sign decisions denying requests for reconsideration of the full or partial denial of taxpayers’ refund claims. These claims are filed and processed by the BIR National Office under Sections 112(A), 112(B), and 135-A of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended by Sections 9 and 11 of Republic Act No. 12066.

SEC Update: The SEC has further extended the availability of discounted fees for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) raising capital through the capital market.

BIR Update: Revenue Delegation Authority Order (RDAO) No. 30-2026 appoints the Deputy Commissioner of the Operations Group as Officer-in-Charge during the approved personal leave of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue from June 10 to 14, 2026.

BIR Update: Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 57-2026 clarifies that jackpot prizes from casinos and other gambling activities are considered “winnings” subject to final tax under Sections 24(B)(1), 25(A)(1), and 25(B) of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended.
