WAREHOUSE / ADMIN SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:
Warehouse officer is responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods. Comprehends all facets of Office Administration such as but not limited to company assets, utilities, coordinating with suppliers for service and repairs and documentation. Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, safety, and insurance.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Processing of orders
o Maintaining documents and records
o Administering stock control
o Supervise the liaison officer/housekeeper and serve as the primary contact for liaison officer/housekeeper to other departments
o Responsible with the administration of the maintenance and repair of company properties such as air conditioning system, lighting, working area, toilet, pantry, conference room, reception, etc.
o Ensure availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, fax, computers, etc.
o Safe keep company contracts while ensuring contracts are dated.
o Screen, approve, and issue office supplies to head office staff. Screen and approve office supplies requests from warehouse and businesses.
o Perform other related duties as required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
o Minimum of 2 years work experience in warehouse or logistics management.
o Minimum of 2 years work experience supervising and managing a professional staff of at least five.

Education:
o Bachelor's Degree in any field.
