There’s something different about leading a team when you genuinely care about the people behind the numbers.

This is my Core Team — the people I get to mentor, challenge, guide, and sometimes remind that they’re capable of more than they think. 😅

For me, leadership isn’t just about production. It’s about being present, helping them navigate the difficult seasons, celebrating the small wins, and making sure they know they don’t have to figure everything out alone.

I care deeply about Team JJS — not just as a business, but as a group of people I want to see grow, become more confident, and eventually build leaders of their own.
